Design and manufacture for the retail environment, from first sketch to final fix.
Design and manufacture for the retail environment, from first sketch to final fix.
We offer a single, integrated service: strategic design, technical development, in-house production and installation, all delivered by one team rather than handed between agencies and suppliers. Our designers, engineers, project managers and production staff work alongside each other on every project, which is what keeps a build on time and to the standard we set for ourselves, not just the standard written into the brief.
We built this model for brands that can’t afford delay or compromise. Because design, manufacture and project management sit under one roof in Leicester, a change requested on site can reach our factory floor the same day, rather than waiting on an email chain between three different companies. The eight services below cover the full lifecycle of a project, from the first sketch to the storage facility that holds your units between campaigns.
Every project starts with your brand story, not a blank brief. Our design team works alongside you to develop new ideas or refine concepts you’ve already started, so the finished space reads as a clear, cohesive extension of the brand rather than a generic fixture with your logo on it. We sketch by hand first, then move into CAD visuals and full 3D renders, so you can see and approve the finished result before a single component goes into production. It’s a collaborative process by design: your input shapes each stage, and the result is a space built to engage customers and hold their attention, not just fill a footprint.
This is where a concept becomes reality. Our technical development team translates every design into fully detailed CAD drawings and diagrams, balancing creative intent with engineering discipline. We produce comprehensive documentation for every build, covering the health and safety standards that matter on site, from topple testing through to making sure units are easy and safe to handle and move. That attention to detail at every stage is what separates a display that looks good in a render from one that stands up to months of daily use on a busy shop floor or airport terminal.
Your logos and key imagery are what make a unit unmistakably yours, and getting them right on a three-dimensional surface is a different discipline to getting them right on a screen. Our graphic design team can build your artwork from scratch, or take existing files and make them print-ready, working to even the strictest brand guidelines so nothing gets diluted in translation. We manage the printing too, either on our own in-house printers or through a small network of trusted partners, so the finish you see on the render is the finish that lands on site.
Every project, whether it’s a single counter unit or a full store interior, needs one person who owns the timeline end to end. Our project managers are that single point of contact, liaising with designers, production, venue management and your own team so nothing falls into the gap between departments. They track detail the way a technical developer does, but with one job above all others: keeping the project on time and on plan, so installation day arrives with no last-minute surprises.
Our 15,000 sq ft production floor in Leicester is where a design stops being a render and becomes a physical unit. Woodworking is our specialism, built around an in-house team of craftspeople who’ve worked this material for years, and we back that with 3D-printing capability for the small, complex components that would be impractical to produce any other way. The same floor handles a single bespoke unit and a multi-site production run of fifty, built by the same team to the same standard, which is what keeps quality consistent whether you need one counter or a hundred.
Our installation teams have fitted work into every kind of retail environment, from a local salon to the beauty hall at Harrods and a live terminal at Heathrow. That range matters: each site comes with its own access windows, venue rules and last-minute changes, and our teams are equipped to handle adjustments on the spot so the finished result matches what you approved in the render. We coordinate directly with venue and centre management to navigate the more complex sites, which is what keeps a tight overnight install on schedule. Once it’s up, we don’t disappear: ongoing maintenance visits keep your branded spaces looking as sharp in month six as they did on opening day.
Our commitment doesn’t end when the installation team packs up. Your project manager stays your point of contact after handover, ready to resolve anything that isn’t quite right or that needs adjusting once a space is in daily use. We also offer ongoing site maintenance as standard, so your branded environment keeps performing and looking the way it did on day one, not just for the first photograph.
Beyond the factory floor, we hold 20,000 sq ft of dedicated storage and logistics space for your retail units and promotional furniture between campaigns. It’s secure, it’s organised by project, and it means your assets are ready to redeploy the moment you need them again, whether that’s a seasonal display coming back for its second Christmas or a multi-site rollout being staggered over several months. It’s one less thing for your team to manage, and one more part of the process that sits under our roof rather than a third party’s.
Every project is backed by our EcoVadis Silver, SafeContractor and Cyber Essentials accreditations, and by a team that’s already done this for Dior, Prada, Gucci and Jo Malone. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.
