Showcasing Integrated Retail Design & Manufacturing

Every project here was designed and manufactured in-house, from a single counter unit to a full terminal takeover. The work spans Dior, Prada, Gucci, Miu Miu and Jo Malone, installed at Harrods, Selfridges, John Lewis and Heathrow’s busiest terminals, and each one is a genuine case study, not portfolio filler: a real brief, a real challenge and a real install date.

Our Jo Malone travelling townhouse at Heathrow Terminal 2 is a good example of what that process looks like in practice: a Gold POPAI award for Short Run/Temporary Display, and proof that our temporary installations are built to the same standard as our permanent ones. Explore the case studies below to see how the same process, concept through to manufacture and install, plays out across immersive pop-ups, bespoke point-of-sale counters and full brand takeovers.

Explore Our Expertise by Project Type

To help you find the right example, our portfolio is organised into four project types, covering everything from a single point-of-sale unit to a full exhibition build. Choose a category below to see examples of our work in that space:

Branded Spaces & Exhibitions:

Exhibition stands, retail pop-ups and full brand takeovers, built for maximum impact in a fixed window of time. This is where our project management and manufacturing teams work hardest together, since these builds often have the tightest install windows of anything we do.

Retail Design:

End-to-end design and fit-out for permanent and temporary retail environments, from the first concept sketch through to a finished, trading space. It’s the category that best shows our full service in action: concept, technical development, manufacture and install, all under one roof.

Visual Merchandising:

Window displays, in-store systems and promotional installations designed to stop customers mid-stride and hold their attention. These projects live or die on a single glance, so the craft is in the detail: materials, lighting and finish as much as the big idea.

Point of Sale (POS):

Bespoke counters, units and fixtures, designed and manufactured in-house to work as hard as your product does, day after day, on a busy shop floor. This is where our woodworking specialism and 15,000 sq ft production floor earn their keep.
