In-house Manufacturing

Design and manufacture for the retail environment, built under one roof.

Our 15,000 sq ft production floor in Leicester is where a design stops being a render and becomes a physical unit. Woodworking is our specialism, built around an in-house team of craftspeople who’ve worked this material for years, and we back that with 3D-printing capability for the small, complex components that would be impractical to produce any other way.

The same floor handles a single bespoke unit and a multi-site production run of fifty, built by the same team to the same standard — which is what keeps quality consistent whether you need one counter or a hundred. That consistency matters more than it might sound: a fragrance counter that looks slightly different in Selfridges to how it looks in Harrods undermines the brand it’s meant to be showcasing.

Because manufacturing sits alongside design and project management under one roof, problems get solved on the factory floor in real time rather than escalated through layers of subcontractors. If a material substitution is needed, or a fixture needs adjusting after a site survey, that decision happens in minutes, not days.
