Project Management

Design and manufacture for the retail environment, on time and on plan.

Every project, whether it’s a single counter unit or a full store interior, needs one person who owns the timeline end to end. Our project managers are that single point of contact, liaising with designers, production, venue management and your own team so nothing falls into the gap between departments — the gap where most retail projects actually go wrong.

They track detail the way a technical developer does, but with one job above all others: keeping the project on time and on plan, so installation day arrives with no last-minute surprises. That’s a harder job than it sounds when a brief changes mid-project, a venue’s access window shrinks, or a multi-site rollout needs the same fixture built and installed in a dozen locations to the same standard, on staggered dates.

Because design, manufacture and project management all sit under one roof in Leicester, a change requested on site can reach our factory floor the same day, rather than waiting on an email chain between three separate companies. That’s the real advantage of a single-supplier model: fewer handoffs, fewer chances for something to be lost in translation.
